How do you work?
All the requests for translations are processed with the technological tools applicable to each project.The use of a software like Trados, among others, will allow us to work with a system of glossaries associated to each client providing a reliable and fast service. In the case of large projects, Traduccionesymás will have a team with a project leader assigned to them.If you need continuous translations or different stages we will adapt our services to alternative processes in order to comply with your requirements.

What are the steps to follow when I need a translation?
Previous assistance:When we get a request for a translation we get all the information we need from the client. The estimate is analized and all the information and material is requested. Then all the resources available are verified and an estimate with a validity of 15 through days is prepared. The completion date will vary according to: a) The reception of the material by the agency. b) Acceptance of the estimate: When our estimate is accepted by the client, the request is planned and the terms and conditions are confirmed. If you wish you may request a free-of-charge estimate. c) Reception of the material: when our translators receive the material they analize its contents, do some research on the subject and prepare a term base and a glossary to simplify the translation. d) Translation: our translators start work. Using a state-of-the-art technology and working in a team the project begins to develop. e) Revision of the translation: a proofreader will check the project for coherence and cohesion with the original. The grammar and spelling are also checked to produce an accurate translation. f) Delivery: once the process is finished the translation is delivered. in a hard copy, CD-ROM, via fax or e-mail.
