Time of completion
There are two options:
- Ordinary time of completion:
The ordinary time of completion for your translation is as follows counting from the date of acceptance of the estimate in writing:
Up to 1500 words: two working days
More than 1.500 and up to 3,000 words: three working days
More than 3.000 words: the time of completion will be agreed with the client according to the extension and complexity of the document.
This is the ordinary time of completion for documents using Word.
In each translation project, we will inform you the exact time of completion when sending the estimate.
This is why we suggest that you should get a personalised estimate.
- Urgent translations:
Urgent translations of no more than 700 words in Word format will be completed within 24 hours.
The exact time for other translations will depend on the number of words to translate and the difficulty and format of the document.
Urgent translations usually suffer a surcharge on the ordinary rates. This will be previously informed to the client.
